Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy online or in-store. So please select your sizes carefully when ordering.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. There are NO cash or credit card refunds.
2. Exchange or in-store credit ONLY on returns
3. All exchanges or returns MUST have original receipt
4. All exchanges or returns MUST be within 14 days of date of purchase
5. Lingerie may be exchanged as long as there are no signs of wear and the original tags are still on the garment. Bathing suits, panties, G-strings & briefs are NOT RETURNABLE
6. All sealed merchandise including games, novelties, lotions, kits & stockings are exchangeable if the seal has not been broken in any way
7. All other merchandise is not returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes vibrating and non-vibrating items.
8. All vibrating items are tested before purchase to ensure that they work.
9. We cannot guarantee items we carry. This includes size, flavor, fit, or speed.
10. No exchanges or returns on Sale or Discounted items.
